Acura is a brand created by Japanese auto maker Honda for its luxury models RL TL TSX RSX MDX RDX aimed at the North American market. Acuras do not exist outside of United States and Canada... or did not exist until recently as, based on the successful launch of the Acura brand in America, Honda has now decided to implant it on the Japanese market as well. At the beginning, the Acura range comprised only slightly modified variations of existing luxurious Honda cars. Then those diversified to the point to market their own vehicles: RL TL TSX RSX MDX RDX. Success was not granted from the start since the American market underwent a real tidal wave which made stagger the original American manufacturers. It should be said that the vehicles of this luxury make of of cars are very successful. To such a degree that the Japanese customers would now like to be able to benefit from it. To launch the luxury make on their land, the Japanese manufacturers will be able to hope on their existing network, which makes the things much easier than at the time of the launch in the USA. The next stage will be Europe. Acura will wait still a little since the head office Honda seems rather to wink to the Chinese market.
